Hi-Tech Fair to take place in November at two venues

The 25th China Hi-Tech Fair, the country’s top scientific and technological fair, is scheduled to be held in Shenzhen from Nov. 15 to 19, its organizer has announced.
The fair will take place simultaneously at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center in Futian District and Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center in Bao’an.

It will invite high-tech enterprises with brand recognition and industry influence, including unicorn companies, to participate, aiming to create a platform for showcasing cutting-edge technologies with national and international impact. It will consist of three comprehensive exhibitions — the National Science and Technology Innovation Achievement Exhibition, International Science and Technology Innovation Achievement Exhibition, and High-Tech Services Exhibition.
Additionally, there will be 11 specialized exhibitions on topics such as next-generation information technology, environmental protection, new display technologies, and smart city.

A special zone will be set up for the launch of new technologies, achievements, and products with significant influence. Key investment and financing institutions will be invited to attend the fair and a series of matchmaking meetings, project roadshows, and financing trainings will be organized to facilitate transactions between exhibitors and investors, and meet the needs of professional visitors.
The fair will invite more Belt and Road partner countries and regions and developing countries to participate. Major innovative achievements of foreign-funded projects will be displayed.
Furthermore, the fair will explore to hold activities in the Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone to enhance international scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation.
The X-Lake Forum will remain as a key sideline event of this year’s fair, inviting a number of experts and scholars from around the world to give their insights on various topics.
Thematic routes for exhibition visits will be introduced, including routes on artificial intelligence (AI) and AI-generated content (AIGC) experience, environmental protection, digital economy, and high-end equipment manufacturing.
